Jamshid Khodadad was born in 21 Mar, 1972 in Noushabad and has been recruited in 1998 in the Cultural Heritage organization. In the beginning he learned velvet weaving under the supervision of Seyyed Khalil Yalehat the Center for Traditional Arts of Kashan. He continued to learn the texture of velvet fabric, such as plain and wavy velvet fabrics.Hesat up an embossed velvet machine in 2007 with the help and support of activists in traditional art and handicrafts of the Cultural Heritage Office of Kashan. Another prominent achievement for him was to weave embossed velvet individually which is admired by the artists of this field for his efforts in the survival of this type of handicraft with a small number of activists. With his perseverance, initiative, and, consequently, the elegance and quality of his eye-catching his work and designs obtained various artistic degrees from the relevant authorities. He was awarded the 4th, 3rd, and 2nd grade in arts by the Artist Council of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance a 4 grade arts, getting artistic grade 3, getting artistic grade 2 from the Evaluation Council of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. Khodadad was also granted the sign of authenticity by UNESCO in 2010 for his artistic crafts.
He has attended various local, regional, national and international exhibitions, taught interested applicants, students of the Kashan Counseling Centers and helpedcollege students with dissertations on related topics.
